Delivery options

Westons offers 2 delivery options:

  1. "Attended"
You can nominate that your delivery must be signed for. If you select this option Westons courier will make a single attempt to deliver your purchase to the nominated address, after which they will leave a card, telling you where it can be collected within the balance of 7 days from ordering. If goods remain uncollected after 7 days they will be returned to Westons. The person signing must be able to prove that he/she is over the age of 18.
  2. "Un-attended"
You can nominate a safe place where goods can be left (e.g. with a neighbour or by the back door) un-attended. No goods will be left unless we have your specific instructions. Please note, that if you select this option, goods are left entirely at your own risk.

You will be asked to nominate an option when ordering

Carriage charges incurred by Westons are not refundable if all attempts to deliver have failed.

If your delivery address has a communal entrance our carrier will only deliver if signed for. Please make this clear when ordering.

By using a specialist delivery service and packing in 7mm thick boxes, we have tried to ensure that your purchases arrive in the same condition they left us. However, breakages may occasionally happen; similarly, goods may occasionally be faulty.

If you are not satisfied for any reason with your purchase, we should be notified within 3 working days and the damaged or faulty goods should be returned within 7 days. We are happy to arrange collection by our courier at no extra charge to you. A credit for the goods will be made within 28 days, or replacements despatched within 7 working days of receipt of these goods.
